Head Trainer & Co-Owner
Jen began her riding at an early age under the guidance of top trainers Greg Prince and Cookie DeSimone, and had consistent success in the Equitation and Junior Jumpers. She has extensive experience in both the IEA and IHSA. As a professional, Jen has been a trainer at the Dana Hall School in Wellesley, MA and River Wind Farm in Pembroke, MA. At Dana Hall, Jen gained valuable experience from Olympic silver medalist Greg Best and Grand Prix rider Candice King, where she then went on to work as trainer and rider under well-known horseman Carl Catani at River Wind Farm. Working with these top riders and trainers has given Jen incredible knowledge and experience as a trainer and rider to which she has coached many riders to success both in and out of the show ring. Jen loves creating a team between horse and rider, and working with them to achieve their goals.
Operations Manager & Co-Owner
Tracy is a lifelong equestrian who competed up and down the East coast in the Junior and Amateur Jumpers. She was recruited to join the NCAA equestrian team at the University of Georgia and went on to be a competing member of the team that claimed two National Championships, two SEC titles, and a Reserve National Championship during her time on the team. After college Tracy continued on to graduate Cum Laude from Suffolk University Law School and become a member of the Massachusetts Bar. Tracy applies her equestrian, legal, and managerial experience to her role as the Manager of Retail Operations at Dover Saddlery. In her 16 years with Dover Saddlery, Tracy has opened 30 new retail locations and organized countless special events at national and international competitions.
